Single Lever control. Single Hole wallmount installation. This shower mixer controls both the water temperature and pressure. The handle pulls up to control the pressure and left or right for hot & cold water. The pressure balance feature helps to maintain a consistent water temperature in response to changes in hot and cold water supply pressures. Certified by Uniform Plumbing Code (cUPC). H & C letters etched on plate to indicate location of Hot & Cold water. Includes both the trim and the rough in valve, so it has everything needed to function.
